Scouting Future Female Power Players at Los Angeles Magazine's Best of Beauty Event
We took the Female Power Players team to an exclusive experience at the prestigious Best of Beauty annual event, produced by Los Angeles Magazine. Our mission? To discover the next remarkable women making waves in the beauty industry—and let me tell you, we were blown away!
From the moment we arrived, the event dazzled us with its high-end atmosphere. Business owners showcased their innovative makeup, skincare, and wellness products in some of the most adorable and extravagant booths imaginable. The energy was electric as we mingled with top beauty brand leaders and ambitious entrepreneurs—each woman embodying the essence of a Female Power Player.
One of the highlights was an inspiring talk by none other than Julianne Hough, famed cohost of Dancing With the Stars. Not only did she grace the stage with her wisdom, but she also offered signed copies of her book, further adding to the star-studded appeal of the event.
The day wouldn’t be complete without indulging in incredible food from the upscale restaurant Fogo de Chão, pampering ourselves with manicures and face masks, and sipping on fine alcohol tastings. And who could forget the luxury gift box filled with thousands of dollars’ worth of full-sized beauty products? A true treasure trove for any beauty lover!
What made the day even more special was running into familiar faces and meeting inspiring new women—some of whom we can’t wait to feature as our next Female Power Players! The vibes were simply wonderful, and we walked away with more than just fantastic products—we left with connections to incredible businesswomen who are making serious power moves.
